Hey!

A fearless thinker with a strategic aptitude as much as a
risk-taking doer driven by a strong attitude towards experimentation.

- That is me.

Oh, I forgot: I’m passionate troublemaker as well.

Born in the East Germany, temporary escaped to the South Pacific

and currently living and working in Berlin.

I'm an event concepter.

I develop concepts & strategies for events to create outstanding meeting experiences.

Designing meeting experiences is about creating meaningful interactions between people. I develop events as open and adaptable playingfields to empower people to interact and become part of a process to generate something meaningful by themselves. By designing meeting experiences, it is my goal to take the idea of human-centered design a step further to not only design for the user, but with the user.

In an era where almost everybody has access to knowledge, resources and is connected via social media,
physical meetings between people driven by a specific intention and focus are not only about inspiration, networking and learning, they are increasingly about collaboration and community building. And about tackling wicked problems instead of only discussing them. Meaningful events need to provide frames to meet those needs.

What Would Harry Do?

I'm a design thinking coach and process facilitator.

I run design thinking workshops and facilitate processes applying design methods.

Design thinking is a human-centered innovation method that takes design tools and gives them to interdisciplinary teams to integrate human needs, technology and the requirements for business success. The iterative design thinking process covers the phases of inspiration, ideation, prototying & testing and implementation. It can be applied to the development of products, services, processes and strategies.

I'm a co-founder of                                             - a creative collective doing projects out of belief, curiosity and passion. As well, we share our experience and knowledge as facilitators of creative processes, applying design thinking and other methods.

I run most of the coaching and teaching engagements as a freelancer.

Process facilitation and other projects I mostly realise together with

Event conception & strategy

You're planning a conference, exhibition or any other kind of event and need a compelling strategy and a creative concept to implement your idea and fullfill the expectations of your targetgroup?

You (and your customers) are bored by the usual frontal and inactive event formats and would like to realise an interactive and outcome oriented event?

A customised concept & strategy creates an unique and outstanding meeting experience for your event.

Design thinking

You want to unleash the creative potential of your organisation?

Take the first to develop a culture of constant innovation by getting familiar with the design thinking process and its creative tools with hands on workshops or trainings.

Process facilitation

You're stuck in a project or facing a challenge and would like to apply design methods?

You're looking for mid-term/long-term support for developing new products, services or business modells?

A process facilitation empowers your team to tackle challenges while being guided through a creative process.

On the way your employees will learn how to use design tools and maneuvering through a creative process by themselves. Finally your team will be able to proceede with the project (and future projects) with only little or none external support.
